Our Service network is comprehensive and progressive enabling us to provide continuous support for the Taylor & Broaster Commercial Restaurant equipment long after installation while adapting to changing trends in the marketplace. Our technical service, along with customer support and parts availability are critical components that enable TSBL Service Technicians to fix issues without costly delays. Carol Aretz is a Service Coordinator for TSBL Distributing with 15 years’ experience handling all customer invoicing and multitasking on many aspects of the Service Department from accounting to customer service. She also handles any warranty issues for Taylor factory, keeps track of all the McDonald’s Grill certification and manages the various Preventive Maintenance programs we run throughout the year. She is the definition of TSBL dedication and service.
Co-Owner & Service Department
Ron Goblirsch is a co-owner who oversees the service department for TSBL Distributing with 33 years of experience of assuring the day to day operations of the business run smoothly while making sure employees are supported, and our customers are happy. Having first-hand experience of the positive work environment and dedication of the employees Ron jumped the opportunity in 2016 to become one of the owners of TSBL Distributing. Ron enjoys going on camping trips and hiking; but he hasn’t taken his Shelby Mustang on any of those trips you’ll have to go to a car show to see that.
Matt Halverson is a Service Manager for TSBL Distributing with 3 years of successful experience in scheduling service visits while assuring our technicians are on time and address all equipment issues. Before being promoted as the service manager, Matt worked for 8 years as a service Technician, so he brings a working knowledge to his daily tasks. With his guidance the service Department continues to efficiently service any customer needs in a timely matter. As an avid Outdoors man Matt has a special talent of being able to tell you the vintage of any Coors light.
Service at TSBL Distributing means you have an On-call factory trained qualified technician 7 days a week – 365 days a year. Our trucks are fully stocked which helps us maintain a 96% first time fix rate. With TSBL we fix it right the first time.
We have 12 employees with over 130 years of experience. Every technician is factory trained and refrigeration certified with continuous training throughout the year. Our trucks are GPS tracked and we conduct weekly performance reviews assuring ……..
